商人鍾生先生由客家潮州移居越南,又因越戰而隨其他越南人逃亡美國。

當年的美國既沒有越南雜貨店,也沒有越南餐廳,背井離鄉的越南人十分懷念家鄉的味道。鍾生先生為慰越南人思鄉之情,1984年在美國創立「越香」魚露品牌。

The Taste of Home

Mr. Sanh Chung, a businessman, first moved to Vietnam from Hakka in Chaozhou. When the Vietnam War broke out, he was forced to move to the United States. At that time, there was a lack of Vietnamese restaurants in the U.S. Therefore, Viet Huong has been founded to provide premium fish sauce for Vietnamese who were homesick.

 

Viet Huong’s fish sauce has become essential for homesick Vietnamese in the U.S. Although they are far away from their home country, they can still find a taste of home. It seems like that everyone can enjoy delicious local Vietnamese dishes and feel the warmth of family.
