Steamed Chicken with Black Fungus
Ingredients:
Chicken a half
Dried Mushroom (soak) 8-10 pcs.
Black Fungus (soak & slice) 15 g
Ginger 1 slice
Shallot (dice) 1 pcs
Sauce:
Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce 2 spoon
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp.
ShaoXing Rice Wine 1 tsp.
Corn Starch 1/2 spoon
Steps:

Mix all ingredients with sauce, marinade for 30 minutes.

Steam the chicken with high heat for 20 minutes. Sprinkle diced shallot at last and DONE!
