Stir-Fried Short Ribs with Leeks


Beef Ribs                                         2 pcs.



Viet Huong Fish Sauce                           2 spoon

Shallot                                                        4 pcs.

Peanut Oil                                                 1 tsp.

White Pepper Powder                             adequate

Garlic                                                          1 pcs.


  1. Marinate the beef ribs for 30 minutes.

  2. Cut the shallot into 4 parts. (1st to sauté , use fork to slice the remaining)

  3. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then put the ribs on the pan, fry it for 8 minutes. Place the shallot on top and DONE!
