Stir-Fried Short Ribs with Leeks
Ingredients:
Beef Ribs 2 pcs.
Seasoning:
Viet Huong Fish Sauce 2 spoon
Shallot 4 pcs.
Peanut Oil 1 tsp.
White Pepper Powder adequate
Garlic 1 pcs.
Steps:

Marinate the beef ribs for 30 minutes.

Cut the shallot into 4 parts. (1st to sauté , use fork to slice the remaining)

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then put the ribs on the pan, fry it for 8 minutes. Place the shallot on top and DONE!
