Steamed Shrimps with Egg White
Ingredient:
Shrimp 6 pcs.
Egg 6 pcs.
Soup 200 ml
Water 50 ml
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
ShaoXing HuaDiao 2 spoon
Shallot adequate
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 tsp.
Steps:

Wash and clean the body of shrimp, drain with kitchen paper.

Season it with Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg white slightly, add ShaoXing HuaDiao, soup, water and sugar. Filter the egg white mixture into a bowl.

Steam the mixture when the water boiled. After 10 minutes, put the shrimp on it and steam another 12 minutes.

When it done, remember to add chopped shallot on top.
