Stir-Fried Shrimps with Lemongrass
Ingredient:
Frozen Shrimp 500g
Lemongrass 2 wisp (cut oblique)
Green & Red Pepper 1/2 each (cut)
Dried Shallot 2 pcs. (cut)
Garlic 3 pcs. (cut to slice)
Sauce :
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 spoon
Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 spoon
Sugar 1 tsp.
Salt 1/3 tsp.
Lemon Juice 1 tsp.
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp.
Marinade:
Chicken Powder 1 tsp.
Lemon Juice 1 tsp.
Sesame Oil adequate
White Pepper Powder adequate
Corn Starch 1/2 tsp.
Steps:

Wash the shrimp, mix with marinade, season for 10 minutes. Pre-cook in oil and drain.

Quick fried the green pepper and red pepper.

Sauté dried shallot, garlic and lemongrass until fragrant. Put back the shrimp and peppers and cook together.

Add the sauce separately and quick fried until stir well. DONE!
