Hong Kong Style
Chicken Thigh 2 pcs. (cut)
Potato 1 pcs.
Coconut Milk 1 can
Mashed Garlic 2 tsp.
Dried Shallot 4 pcs.
Red Curry Sauce 1 spoon
Chili Oil 1 spoon
Curry Powder 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 spoon
Water 1 bowl
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 5 spoon
Chop the chicken thigh into pieces. seasoning with Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce for 10 minutes.
Fry the potato until it turn gold. Pick up and sit.
Cook the coconut milk till it oil, add mashed garlic, dried shallot, red curry sauce, chili oil, curry powder, sugar, soup and Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce in it.
Fry all the ingredients together and mix well.
Add the chicken thigh and cook. When the chicken is done, add potato at the last.
