Stir-Fried Chicken with Garlic


Chicken (sliced)                            500 g

Garlic Shoot (chopped)               2 tree
Mashed Garlic                               2 tsp.
Mashed Ginger                              2 tsp.


Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce             1 spoon


Sugar                                                             1 tsp.
Salt                                                                adequate
Sesame Oil                                                   adequate
White Pepper Powder                                adequate
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce             1 spoon


  1. Unfreeze and clean the chicken. Season the chicken with Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce for 10 mintues. Soak with oil and sit.

  2. Chop the garlic shoot in parts, sauté it until fragrant. Then add 1 spoon of water to fry. Pick up and sit.

  3. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, put back the chicken and garlic shoot, fry together with the sauce and DONE!
