Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower
Ingredients:
Chicken half
Cordyceps 20 g
Jujube (slice) 2 pcs.
Scorpion 20 pcs.
Sauce :
Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce 2 spoon
White Pepper Powder adequate
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
ShaoXing Rice Wine 1 tsp.
Corn Starch 1/2 spoon
Steps:

Mix all ingredients with sauce, marinade for 30 minutes.

Steam the chicken with high heat about 20 minutes. Sprinkle shallot at last and DONE!
