Stir-Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg


Bitter Gourd                                                1 pcs.

Egg                                                                5 pcs.

Sugar                                                             1 tsp.

Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce      2 tsp.



  1. Remove seeds from the bitter gourd, cut in slice for preparation.

  2. Stir-fried the bitter gourd with oil until it soften.

  3. Add the egg paste together at last. Cook it DONE!
