Pan-Fried Pork Chop with Lime
Ingredients:
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 tsp.
Pork Chop 4 pcs.
Brown Sugar 1 tsp.
White Pepper Powder adequate
Fresh Tarragon(slice) adequate
Water 2 spoon
Sauce:
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Lime Juice 2 tsp.
Flower Honey 4 tsp.
Steps:

Wash and clean the pork chop. Gently knock the pork chop with the back of the knife, and slice on the tendon.

Spread brown sugar, white pepper powder and Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce on the both side of pork chop. Then apply tarragon and water, marinade about 30 minutes.

Mix the flower honey, lime juice and the Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce together, and sit.

Sauté the pork chop until fragrant with medium heat, then turn low heat to stir-fry until done. Turn off the heat and add sauce. Sprinkle tarragon at the last and DONE!
