Roasted Pork Belly
Dried Mushroom 6 pcs
broccoli 300 g
Fried Garlic 4 pcs.
Fried Ginger 3 slices
Leeks (white parts) 2 tree
Water 2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp.
Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp.
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 3 spoon
Add oil to stir-fry garlic, ginger, leek, mushroom and roasted pork belly.
Splash cooking wine, stew 5 minutes with low heat. Then mix with the starchy water.
Boil the broccoli until done. Place the mushroom and pork belly on top and DONE!
