Stuffed Hairy Gourd with Scallops
Ingredients:
Hairy Gourd adequate
Dried Scallops 12 pcs.
Faat Choy adequate
Sauce:
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 1 tsp.
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp.
Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp.
Water 4 spoon
Starchy Sauce:
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 tsp.
Steam Dried Scallop 4 spoon
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
Salt adequate
Corn Starch 2 tsp.
Dried Scallops (sliced) 2-3 pcs.
Steps:

Soak the dried scallops. Steam it for 25 minutes, Pick up and sit.

Wash and Drain the faat choy.

Chop the hairy gourd into same height of the scallop. Replace the middle of gourd with scallop. Use the reamining scallop and slices for the sauce.

Stir-fry the gourd with low heat until both side turn into gold. Add the sauce and change to medium heat. Stew the gourd until dry, then add faat choy to cook with.

Sauté the scallop slice until fragrant, then add the starchy sauce ingredients to cook until it turn starchy. Place the gourd on a plate,
