Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage

with Dried Shrimp


Chinese Cabbage                 300 g

Dried Shrimp                         15 g

Garlic                                      2 pcs. (chopped)


Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce          2 tsp. 



  1. Wash and clean the dried shrimp. Soak it for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in the pan, suete the garlic until fragrant.

  3. Quict fry for 2-3 minutes, add the seasoning and stir well.

  4. And DONE!​
