Pen fried Golden Threadfin Bream

Golden Threadfin Bream                            2

Ginger (shred)                                              4 slice

Chopped Shallot                                          adequate

Sugar                                                              1 tsp.

Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce       2 tsp.



Black Bean Garlic Sauce                             5 g
Chili Sauce                                                    1/2 tsp.
Brown Sugar                                                 1/4 tsp.
Water                                                             1 tsp.



  1. Wash the golden threadfin bream, dry it with kitchen paper.

  2. Paint the golden threadfin bream with Viet Huong "Flying Lion" Fish Sauce on both side.

  3. Let the fish seasoning for 30 minutes. Dry it with kitchen paper after then.

  4. Pre-heat the pen with oil. Let the mouth side down on the pen first. Stir-fry with low heat until the sides turn gold, flip it over with the same steps.

  5. When the fish started to get scorched, spread on ginger and shallot. Cover the pen about 30 seconds, and DONE!
