Soup:
Water 4 cup
Lemongrass (slice) 1 tree
Sativum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ginger (slice) 6 slice
Garlic (remove skin) 4 pcs.
Chili 2 pcs.
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 2 spoon
Hot Pot Ingredients (by favour):
Beef
Chicken
Shrimp
Mushroom
Yuba
Tofu
Enoki Mushroom
Veggie
Sauce:
Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Soy Sauce 1 spoon
Shallot adequate
Chili by favour
Steps:

Prepare Soup:Boil water in a big pot.

Add ginger and garlic.

Add lemongrass, sativum and chili.

Add Viet Huong Premium Fish Sauce, then cook 20 minutes with low heat.

Add any hot pot ingredients you prefer into the pot.
